As an early senior leader at Palantir, he established the healthcare vertical and led Strategy and Operations. At Discord, he transformed security using AI and worked closely with global governments on internet and national security. John is also an angel investor through Redgrave Capital, with 40+ investments, multiple unicorns, and six successful exits to date.

Cam Hardaway

Go-to-market and revenue strategy expert. Cam established and scaled Palantir's U.S. Commercial division, leading key initiatives for the U.S. and its allies. As an early GTM leader at Elastic and Box, he grew Elastic's revenue from $8M to $102M and helped guide both companies through IPOs. Cam maintains strong relationships with influential business and political leaders across the country.
